OUR STORY
We are a close-knit, agile and dynamic architectural practice established in 2016 by Colin Cheng, Khalifa Abubakar and Shaun Ihejetoh. North West London is our home but the city is our office. We work across the capital and further afield designing and delivering an assorted catalogue of bespoke residential, public sector, cultural and urban realm projects.
Our design approach is people centric and free of a house style. We search for inspiration in our client’s eccentricities and the built context of a project’s locale. In doing this we can deliver timeless, place-specific architecture, of personal significance to our clients.

Our studio is founded upon the belief that for architecture to truly improve the quality of our environment it must respect nature, better utilise co-design principles and push to broaden its audience. These agendas underpin all our efforts. As a young and diverse team, we are all too aware of the need for architecture to do more in inviting, representing and involving all members of society in its activities.

Outside our mainstay architectural work, we tutor, teach, and participate in architecture and design panels. Between our staff, we currently sit on the architecture Design Review boards for Camden, Lambeth, Barking & Dagenham and Ealing Borough councils. Our studio provides mentorship for students at the Royal College of Art and for primary and secondary school pupils via the RIBA Learning Centre, along with being a University of Westminster EDI Practice Advocate.
